You may have developed habits such as eating healthy and doing exercises to keep your body strong (or you may not be good at these yet either). However, what do you do for your brain that you expect it to generate ideas, be creative, manage your career and private life, remember well or make you happy? Let’s not forget that a healthy and strong brain also means a healthy, fit , dynamic and energetic body, and a high quality, productive and happy life.
What does the brain need? What do we do wrong? What do we need to do? Can we have a better version of us or (there is no final stage and) can there be an improvement every day?
